Who will be in my home?
A team of two or three highly trained people in uniform and
supervised by a team leader. We also carry out regular quality checks
with an area manager to ensure all work is carried out to a consistently
high standard.
Are you insured?
It is very important that anyone working in your home is fully
insured along with any work, which is undertaken. we have a
comprehensive cover so if something is broken or one of the maids has an
injury our insurance will cover it. A copy of insures details can be
supplied on request.
What time will you clean my
home?
Our hours for the maid service are Monday through to Friday 08:00 to
18:00 and you will be scheduled between these times, however should you
require weekend duties, we will try and accommodate.
Do I need to be at home?
It is not necessary for you to be at home in fact most of our
customers are not, we keep a copy of your key and any relevant codes.
These are kept in a secure box along with a security number, a list with
the security numbers and address is kept in the office, and management
can only view this list.
How do I pay for my cleaning?
Simply leave a cheque or cash on a kitchen table or advise us where
and will collect it each visit we make to your home. Alternatively we
can invoice you or if you are a regular client we could set you up with
a Direct Debit.
Will I know when to expect my
cleaning?
We schedule around you, so we will endeavour to clean at or around
your chosen time.
How do you price up my
cleaning?
Once you contact the office we will schedule one of our estimators to
call at your home and discuss your own personal requirements and
individual plan. This will take only about 10 minutes. Then if you are
happy with everything, we can then arrange for your first clean. |
